- To equip participants with the strategies, knowledge and skills to influence change in organizations;
- To facilitate the understanding of the concept of “leading strategic change” to the participants;
- To guide the participants in their day to day leadership and change management practices and procedures.
2. MODULE BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Leading strategic change in organizations require certain knowledge, skills, attitudes and values among employees.
This module therefore intends to equip participants with the knowledge, Skills and the Strategies used while implementing change in organizations.
Change if not well managed may be lead to mistakes which would be costly to organizations.
