Training Department

The training unit is headed by the Principal Senior Training Coordinator.

The main duties of the unit are:

  • Conducting training needs analysis,
  • Elaborating training programs,
  • Planning training(training calendar),
  • Organizing training sessions for clients’ organizations(Tailor-made training courses and programs),
  • Ensuring the conduct of the planned training sessions,
  • Evaluating training sessions and programs,
  • Ensuring quality standards of the conducted trainings,
  • Assessing the impact of training programs,
  • Making recommendations for better training,
  • Supervising trainers’ evaluation and incorporation in the training database.
