Friday 10th December 2021, 61 ICT trainers on cisco courses in youth centers from 27 Districts and 2 from Uwezo center (an organization that helps people with disability to use ICT) appreciated RMI conducive environment during the official closing of a 5-day training that started on December 06th on cisco courses(Getting connected, Introduction to cyber-security, Internet of Thing, and Networking Essentials...).

MURAGIJIMANA Richard, the Officer in Charge of Digital Literacy at RISA said that the training aimed at equipping participants with knowledge and skills that will help them deliver courses with confidence and provide IT support in their respective centers.

He appreciated RMI services stating that any support needed was provided on time. He also mentioned that they chose RMI Murambi Campus because of its conducive environment as regards accommodation and related infrastructures.

ISHIMWE Penuel from Rwamagana District stated that the training was necessary to them since they gained more new knowledge and skills that will help them perform better.

 "This training was very necessary to us; I found that we use computers without knowing the consequences that might arise if I don't protect my computer and other devices, I am now going to train my fellow youth as they are the one who use social media at a great extent."

Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) hosted this training that was organized by Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) in partnership with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and CISCO.
