- To examine different aspects of human resources within organization
- To integrate different strategic issues in human resources management and their impact on human resources management
- To discuss the role of human resources information system in decision making related to human resources management.
2. MODULE BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The human resources management is exercised at strategic and operational level of each organization. Thus, whatever their level and their respective functions the influence of managers on human capital is more than decisive. Should then managers know and make use of a number of strategic activities of human resources management and modern and relevant methods and technics which may help them to converge wholes employees’ efforts under his supervision to the vision and organizational goals.
This training module will review a certain number of strategic and managerial aspects which will help participants to enhance productivity at work both on the benefits of organization and individuals.
