2. Module Brief Description

Modern office administration offers organizations opportunity to provide services efficiently. However, in order to achieve their objectives, organizations need to update their employees with modern office administration skills. This module covers a range of topics in office management, with a focus on knowledge and skills for office managers and office workers in general. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of office management skills required to endure that an office runs effectively and efficiently. Office Management is the study of the responsibilities, problems and duties of an office manager in managing a modern office from both a traditional and automated office systems approach.
