1. MODULE OBJECTIVES
  • To support the middle-level managers to adapt to the new work place, understand their responsibilities and adjust to the organizational culture or new working environment
  • To impart skills on effective communication, information management and management of expectations of senior management and junior staff
  • To develop skills on how to analyze situations at the work place, identify gaps and take appropriate decisions.
  • To support middle level managers in their career path management and development

2. MODULE BRIEF DESCRIPTION

In the aftermath of the Genocide against Tutsi in 1994, Rwanda set different policies and strategies to rebuilt its potential and reconstitute its resources on a sustainable basis. Most of these policies have been presented and discussed in the previous Module on Induction

The current session aims to review and analyze key targets of some policies orienting and supporting Rwandan development process in mid and long-term. These are among others Vision 2020/2050, EDPRS2/EDPRS3, African Union Agenda 2063/SDGs.
