RMI CONCLUDES FIVE-DAY INSTRUCTOR-LED PHRI CERTIFICATION TRAINING FOR 20 (TWENTY) HR MANAGERS FROM VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
Murambi, on 6 February 2026, Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) has successfully concluded a five-day instructor-led training in Professional Human Resources – International (PHRi) certification for 20 (Twenty) Human resource Managers from various ministries and affiliated agencies at Murambi Campus.
The training focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of international human resource management standards and enhancing readiness for the PHRi certification exam through structured, exam-oriented sessions and practical discussions.
At the closing ceremony, the Principal Senior Training Coordinator on behalf of the Director General of RMI appreciated all participants and commended them for their commitment and emphasized the importance of sitting for and successfully completing the PHRi certification exam. He reaffirmed RMI’s commitment to supporting professional certification as a key driver of credibility, competence, and improved human resource practices.
The trainer explained the key topics covered during the PHRi instructor led training by stating seven modules, four areas from which Human resource managers can be more effective, and different steps they have to go through before they sit for PHRi certification exam.
The successful completion of this training reflects RMI’s continued dedication to delivering high-quality, internationally aligned programs that promote professional certification and institutional capacity development.
