RMI STAFF WERE TRAINED ON HOW TO USE SMART ADMIN

On 10 February 2025, RMI staff were trained in government smart admin system which was designed to digitalize the administration process across all government institutions including Rwanda Management Institute (RMI). 

The system will see all government institutions in Rwanda venturing in Digital transformation.

The purpose of learning "Smart Admin" is to gain the skills necessary to effectively navigate and utilize the platform to manage administrative functions within an organization so that the institution could start using it.

The system has many features, including E-Approval, E-Folder, Task, Reservation, Email, and Contact.  

RISA has the mission of digitizing the Rwandan society through increased usage of Information and Communication Technologies and innovation technology as a cross-cutting enabler for the development of other sectors spearheading Rwanda’s digital and social economic transformation.

It is the second time, RISA train staff of Rwanda Management Institute hoping that the management system will embrace the use of Smart Admin in all its processes.

RMI being a Public Capacity Development Institution and Training Center has different training programs for which it provides; Management Career Centered Courses, Certified Professional Courses, and Tailor-Made Courses to respond to specific skills gaps identified in individual institutions and Executive and Leadership Courses for high-profile leaders and managers.
