June 06^th,2022, on behalf of the RMI Deputy Director-General, MUSABYIMANA Josephine, the Registration Officer and Acting Principal Senior Training Coordinator at Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) has officially opened a 5-day training in Human Resource Management (HRM) for 10 staff of administration Unit working for Military Medical Insurance (MMI) at La Palisse Hotel Nyamata in Bugesera District.

On behalf of the RMI DG, she appreciated MMI's collaboration with RMI and extended thanks to the participants for their great attendance and highlighted the importance of this training as the training will help the attended staff to gain more skills in complying with human resource management laws & regulations in their Institution.

Mr. Tharcisse Kamali Nyirimpunga, Human Resource Officer, who presented Military Medical Insurance seized the opportunity and requested the attended participants for being committed and focused to gain the requisite needed knowledge and skills that will help them to perform better in their daily activities and the achievement of MMI’s mission and vision

RMI being a Public Capacity Development Institution and Training Center has different training programs for which it provides Management Career Centered Courses, Certified Professional Courses, and Tailor-Made Courses to respond to specific skills gaps identified in individual institutions and Executive and Leadership Courses for high-profile leaders and managers.
