2. MODULE BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The aim of the module is to equip participants with the skills of planning organisations’ activities and preparation of different but effective budgets necessary to execute the budgeted activities. It aims to help them apply financial disciplines to the management of organisations as well as set up and operate a budgetary control system. It will also equip them with skills and knowledge of identifying, analyzing problem situations that require planning and budgeting to solve those that affect the participants’ institutions.

4. TARGET AUDIENCE
This module shall be offered to trainees who are more or less directly or indirectly in charge of planning and budgeting from public institutions such as ministries, districts, government agencies and commissions who obtained a visa to train at RMI.
